Livivane Guest House holds the vision to be one of the most exceptional service providers in the Lubombo region and we constantly meditate on Isiah 58:10
‘And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire with good things, and make your bones
strong and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose water fails not.’ Since first opening our doors for full operation, the guest house has had a monthly goal of reaching a certain number of guest head counts. We’ve been able to reach this set target and we aspire to increase it more using our marketing efforts.
As part of our goals for the year ahead, we hope to improve on a number of things in order to creating the ultimate experience, the first being our road signage so guests can easily locate us. We also hope to gain national recognition through accreditation by the Eswatini Tourism Authority as well as the hospitality industry at large. Lastly, as part of our guest satisfaction initiatives, we're also very keen to improve our outdoors and have plans to build a braai and seating area as well as invest in our landscaping in order to host team-building workshops here.
It's quite an exciting time and we're grateful that this establishment allows us to feed into our medical outreach. To close it off, we're quite happy to share that our 2023 is off to a great start and the guesthouse has won a Booking.com award for 2023. We scored 9/10 and we’re both super stoked and grateful to the guests whose bookings and reviews earned us this win.
